The Leadership Academy is a fully immersive nine month experience aimed at investing in and raising a new generation of next-level leaders.
We’re looking for people who love Jesus, who embody the heart and values of Hull Vineyard, who sense the call to leadership on their life, and love to serve Jesus and His Church.
In the Leadership Academy there are 2 streams. You can be part of either, or both.

The Leadership Year is an invitation to give God a year of your life, and watch what He does. LY is an opportunity to invest in your leadership, discover your calling and serve the local church. It’s incredible!

Internships
We’re looking for leaders, culture-carriers who have a heart for this house and a hunger to be used by God to reach Hull and beyond for Jesus.
If that’s you, we would love to invite you to consider joining our growing team as one of our interns, one day a week, from September to June
What are internships?
Internships are opportunities to step into divine assignments and work alongside our growing staff team to serve the church in a volunteer capacity one day a week.
Internships are opportunities to discern calling, grow in gifting and expand spiritual horizons.
From September we’re looking to fill 7 key roles in ministry areas all across the church.
The internships on offer are
