What is leadership college?

College is a year-long intensive part-time programme run by Vineyard Churches UK and Ireland, for those who are 21 and over and are experiencing a compelling call to leadership and seeking to invest in that call in an intentional way. We anticipate that many students of the college will feel a call into pastoral ministry but for leaders in other industries and sectors, the year will still be incredibly valuable.

First, we would encourage you to invite the thoughts, prayers and considerations of those who know you well, including your pastor.

College applications for the 2026/27 cohort are now open and must be submitted by 30th July 2026.
